Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Full-Time, In-Office Location: Western Suburbs, Brisbane (Near Train Station) Salary: $60,000 Super A full-time position exists with one of our clients, a leading construction company in Brisbane, for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. T Your Duties Will Include: Reception duties, including answering telephone calls and directing calls to the appropriate person. Liaising with clients, internal staff, and other stakeholders via telephone and email. Monitor incoming emails and faxes and distribute accordingly. Maintain stocks of basic stationery items and amenities supplies. Booking and coordinating travel arrangements for staff. Assist with accounts administration, including invoicing and basic record-keeping. Other administrative tasks and general office support as required. To Be Considered for This Role You Will: Have prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role, ideally in construction, corporate, or legal environments. Possess strong written English, numeracy, and above-average literacy skills. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Have a highly developed ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Be able to manage multiple tasks with a calm, cheerful, and proactive attitude. Show problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
