THE ROLE: Managing a local residential portfolio of 150 properties end to end Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections Action repairs and maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople Managing communication between landlords and tenants Maintain arrears, negotiate rent increases and organise lease renewals THE PERSON: Previous experience as either a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager who has experience across all tasks within a portfolio A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable car Be energetic, enthusiastic and someone who takes initiative for the benefit of the team Well spoken and presented THE PERKS: Young and vibrant team with supportive director Up to $100k - depending on experience Monday - Friday role, keep your weekends free!
