In this position, you will lead the warranty operations and work closely with our service and parts departments to ensure all warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also have a Warranty Administrator reporting directly to you, providing support in the warranty processes. Key Responsibilities : Oversee the warranty claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and submissions. Manage the performance and development of the Warranty Administrator to enhance team efficiency. Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and the parts department to gather necessary information for warranty claims. Monitor warranty claim status and ensure timely resolutions by following up with relevant parties. Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and reimbursements. Provide guidance and support to customers with warranty-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional assistance. Develop and implement efficient warranty processes and procedures. Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz's latest warranty policies and procedures. Who We Are Looking For: Previous experience in a dealership warranty manager, ideally in a luxury brand. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a warranty team, including the Warranty Administrator. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for warranty processing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and warranty policies is a significant advantage.
