Tell me about this role: We are currently looking for a Baseline or higher security cleared Business & Data Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. These roles will see you take on a variety of data related analytics and business governance related tasks as well as support to project teams in the Maritime domain. What will I be doing day to day? Work with stakeholders to define business and system problems, their causes, as well as options for their resolution Identify and capture opportunities and areas for improvement in business and system requirements Gather, validate and document data and business requirements to determine business processes and business rules Develop test plans and procedures based on the agreed requirements Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations What sort of skills do I need? Experience within the Defence industry in a business & data related role Strong communication skills Process orientated with good attention to detail Minimum Baseline security clearance and be able to upgrade to an NV1 What’s in it for me?
