The Role We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager with industrial experience to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio. This is a pivotal role, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working closely with contractors and tenants. Key Responsibilities: Manage essential services and compliance Coordinate with contractors and tenants across multiple sites Input and maintain accurate facilities data Support disaster and event management alongside the MD and construction manager What You’ll Need Industrial facilities management experience Strong communication and contractor coordination skills Trade background or FM/PM crossover experience (especially contamination-related) highly regarded Work Environment & Tools Based in Preston office (100% in-office initially), moving to Hawthorn in Nov/Dec Site visits as required Standard 38-hour work week (Mon–Fri) Rare after-hours or weekend work (approx. once per year) Work with a stable, long-term team and trusted consultants Be part of a company with a strong client base with ASX listed clients Enjoy a role with flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive leadership team To express your interest in this opportunity, please submit your application.
