Head of Product Marketing Application Deadline: 21 August 2025 Department: Marketing Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Australia Reporting To: Nicola Description As Head of Product Marketing , you will lead the strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Fluent Order Management. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, partnerships, and marketing to deeply understand our market, define our narrative, and ensure commercial readiness across all channels. You will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, passionate about bridging product innovation with customer value. Key Responsibilities: Go-to-Market Strategy Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Fluent Order Management, including market segmentation, competitive differentiation, and execution across product launches and strategic initiatives. Develop and manage the day-to-day execution of GTM plans, working closely with product, marketing, and sales leadership. Positioning & Messaging Define and evolve product positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with enterprise buyers and reflect Fluent’s unique value proposition. Partner with Product Management to ensure clarity and alignment on market needs, roadmap priorities, and messaging. Content Creation & Thought Leadership Lead the creation of compelling content that supports all stages of the buyer journey—sales decks, solution briefs, competitive battle cards, video scripts, eBooks, blog posts, and more. Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader, representing Fluent Commerce in written content, webinars, customer engagements, and industry events. Enablement & Commercial Readiness Drive sales enablement by developing playbooks, training programs, and persona-based content to ensure the sales team can effectively communicate our value proposition. Deliver regular enablement sessions and work closely with RevOps to track usage and impact. Buyer & Partner Personas Own the development and evolution of buyer and user personas across roles and regions. Enable commercial and partner teams with persona insights and targeted messaging frameworks. Product Launches & Releases Lead the GTM planning and execution for new product launches and major feature releases. Coordinate cross-functional implementation with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Competitive & Market Intelligence Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape and market trends. Deliver timely insights and tools (e.g., sales battle cards, win/loss analysis) to help the sales team position Fluent effectively. Partner & Analyst Relations Collaborate with the partnerships team to support channel enablement through co-branded assets and tailored messaging. Support analyst relations and influencer programs to raise Fluent’s visibility and credibility in the market. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Proven leadership experience in SaaS product marketing, preferably in enterprise software or commerce technology. Expertise in building go-to-market strategies for new products and features. Strong storytelling skills with a passion for developing clear, compelling narratives. Exceptional content creation skills, from strategic messaging to detailed collateral. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions. Experience with sales enablement, including creating training materials and running workshops. Strong collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
