Job Description About the Role Permanent, Full Time Role Based in Perth CBD, In Office The Placement Officer holds a vital position within Acknowledge Education (AE), overseeing the effective coordination of student placements into meaningful and compliant learning opportunities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a steadfast commitment to meeting regulatory standards. This will be a 100% office based position. Key Responsibilities Manage placement demand, ensure regulatory compliance, and review student documentation. Conduct one-on-one interviews to assess placement needs and match students with agencies. Coordinate student interviews with placement agencies and track placement progress. Confirm placements, send confirmation emails, and ensure all documents are uploaded to InPlace. Assign Liaison Officers for ongoing student support and escalate placement concerns when necessary. Respond to student queries and collect feedback for placement improvement.
