IT Manager – Lead IT Strategy & Operations in a Dynamic Retail Environment Salary: $230,000 – $250,000 Super - Location: Eastern Creek We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead the strategic and operational direction of all IT functions across a multi-site retail group. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping IT infrastructure, managing systems, and leading a small, capable team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all IT operations, including network architecture, security, hardware, software, and archival systems. Lead and support the IT team across helpdesk, development, and support services. Ensure the smooth operation, development, and training for systems including POS, AS400, Payroll, HRIS, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service. Evaluate, procure, and implement new technologies and systems across multiple business units and locations. Drive IT innovation and project management aligned to business goals. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance system functionality. Provide hands-on support when required, including onsite and phone-based technical assistance. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role in a retail or multi-site environment. Strong technical knowledge across POS systems, AS400, Windows servers, Payroll and HR Information Systems. Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate and implement new technologies and process improvements. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, service-oriented approach with a passion for operational excellence.
