Maintain a high level of compliance to the PMP process across the region and be heavily involved in the project reviews, project kickoffs, bid sign offs and sales handover. Ensure the team operate in a safe manner and adhere to the Values of the business. Your Challenge Deliver A$130m project in a brownfield environment within 2 years Develop strong relationships with all major key stakeholders consistent with a construction project Develop a strategy and establish/adjust structures Lead all areas of the Project, in addition to Project Management, such as Engineering, Commissioning, etc Skills and Experience Required You are a natural leader who understands the ethos that people buy from people. It is essential you bring: Complex Industrial Automation project delivery (A$100m) of Electro-Mechanical nature PMP Certification Engineering related tertiary or diploma education Leadership of people with a technical engineering profile Exceptional ability to develop and manage key stakeholder relationships from scratch Ability to lead operational and maintenance personnel Sound working knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes including the ability to estimate cost to complete and forecast cost at completion Management of contractual and commercial issues such as variations Proven experience in negotiation and conflict management To apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your executive summary and resume by clicking the relevant link.
