At an exciting time, IHCSA is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and visionary executive to join as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will assume responsibility for overall strategic leadership, operational management oversight, and cultural stewardship. This leadership role involves guiding the organisation through its next era of growth and development, driving innovation, maintaining compliance, and ensuring service excellence. Reporting to and working collaboratively with the Board Chair, the CEO will lead the development and implementation of the strategic plan aligned with the mission, values, and regulatory responsibilities. Key responsibilities include fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability; ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements; and building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, funding bodies, and service partners to enhance IHCSA’s reputation. The ideal candidate may be an experienced Chief Executive Officer or a senior executive seeking the next step in their career. Proven experience in the Aged Care, Health Care, or Community Services sectors is essential, supported by relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications. The ability to operate with agility and proactivity in navigating the evolving Aged Care landscape is crucial.
