About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Head of Product & Supply Chain to lead our growing team. You will be part of our leadership team, partnering closely with other Heads, and reporting to the General Manager. Your role is to develop and implement a smart, sustainable supply chain strategy to support our ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities include: End-to-End Product Procurement: Lead supply chain, quality, and planning functions; champion operational resilience; drive operational innovation and process transformation. Business Planning: Own supply chain planning, performance metrics, and budgeting aligned with business strategy. Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability and innovation. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with quality teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to achieve objectives. Transformation: Utilize WMS, automation, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance operations.
