The Role Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in finance and a keen interest in IT systems and process improvement? We’re looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team and support key initiatives across finance, commercial operations, and IT within the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about bridging financial operations with technology and business strategy. You’ll be exposed to multiple facets of the organization, contributing to both tactical execution and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Managing IT budget, refining forecasts, ensuring month-end processes, and conducting monthly reconciliations, as well as generating financial reports and identifying cost optimization opportunities Raising purchase orders, tracking Opex/Capex expenses and invoice tracking to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Managing contracts, negotiating terms with vendors, collaborating with internal stakeholders and others area of the business for renewals. Defining and managing asset depreciation schedules, ensuring accurate setup and cost centre allocation. Onboarding new vendors and providing ongoing commercial management support. Contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance. About You You hold at least an Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Strong financial and commercial acumen You’re a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a cross-functional role and can manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Strong verbal and written communication Why Join Us?
