We are currently seeking B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAMEs) to join our growing team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager , this full-time position is essential to maintaining the safety, reliability and compliance of our aircraft in accordance with CASA regulations and company standards. You’ll be responsible for carrying out maintenance on aircraft electrical, instrument and radio systems, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with safety and operational procedures. Key responsibilities include: Perform maintenance of aircraft electrical, instrument and radio systems Conduct inspections to confirm regulatory compliance Accurately complete maintenance documentation in a timely manner Report and action defects as per company policy Guide and direct subordinates in maintenance activities Perform aircraft towing operations as required Foster a strong safety and compliance culture Build effective working relationships across internal teams and regulatory authorities Stay current with industry trends and technical developments Participate in and promote Alliance’s continuous improvement initiatives What’s in it for me? Who we are looking for: We’re looking for a motivated, safety-conscious and detail-oriented Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance work.
