Job Description Do you want to make a real difference in people’s lives through creativity and connection? We are looking for a musically talented support worker to join our growing team and support participants through group and 1:1 sessions focused on music creation, sound production, and recording . About the Role: This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to combine their music expertise with meaningful support work . Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting participants to explore and create music Recording, producing, and laying down tracks Facilitating music sessions that are both fun and therapeutic Working flexibly with participants in group and 1:1 settings Shifts may include: Morning, day, and afternoon sessions Occasional evening sessions for our popular “Live n Loud” music nights We’ll work with the right person to create a schedule that supports both you and our participants. Desired Skills and Experience About You: We’re looking for someone who is: A multi-instrumentalist with a strong understanding of sound production and music recording Confident in using music software, DAWs, and studio equipment Passionate about making music accessible and enjoyable for all abilities Experienced in support work (highly desirable) – or someone with a strong background in music teaching or production and a willingness to learn about disability support Why Join Us?
