About the role and where you will be working: Be the professional first point of contact for the Property Section within our Assets & Infrastructure Team. Your key role will be ensuring all service requests, work orders, and fleet/property administration are managed promptly, accurately, and in line with our Service Level Agreements, while maintaining excellent customer communication. This position is based in Rivervale with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week. This position is Permanent full time with potential for part time options. We’ll also be asking you to: Receive, log, triage, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of work orders—including prioritisation, escalation, and closure. Develop and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to monitor high-priority and critical maintenance tasks and deliver actionable insights. Assist with planning, scheduling, and administrating preventative maintenance programs. Create purchase orders, obtain quotes, and follow up to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes. Collaborate effectively with managers, tradespeople, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues. Investigate overdue work orders, determine root causes, and propose process improvements to boost operational efficiency. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or General Manager.
