The Role As a Temp Placement Officer, you’ll be a key player in our Labour Hire division helping connect great people with meaningful temporary assignments in hospitality, events, and more. Your focus will be on clear communication, maintaining service excellence, and using proven systems to get the job done right. You'll work closely with our recruitment consultants and have the autonomy and support to succeed. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and scheduling temporary placements Liaising with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver on expectations Conducting interviews both in-person and online, ensuring the right fit every time Sourcing, onboarding, and supporting casual workers Maintaining accurate rosters, compliance records, and databases Being accountable for delivering a smooth and responsive placement experience This is a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm role based in our Cairns office and no more late nights or split shifts! About You You’re someone who believes in doing the right thing, doing it well, and doing it with heart.
