As the business continues to grow, they're now looking for two talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designers to join their in-house creative studio on a temporary 3-4 month assignment with view to perm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful packaging and print design projects across nationally recognised brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Position This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role where you'll create high-impact POS materials, packaging, brochures, product displays, and more. You'll be joining a supportive team of 6 (including a Studio Manager and Creative Manager) and collaborating closely with stakeholders across social media, category management, and retail sales. Your key responsibilities will include: Design from concept to execution across print-focused assets, including packaging, brochures, POS, and in-store collateral Produce clean, brand-aligned layouts for both internal brands and major retailers Work with supplied product imagery and minimal agency input, you'll be in the design driver's seat Follow brand style guides while adapting to various retailers' creative needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign goals Manage workflow using Wrike (or similar PM tools) The Candidate The successful candidate will come from a product-based background within the retail, manufacturing or distribution industry and will display: Strong experience in print and packaging design, POS, product displays, brochures, and manuals. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) Experience designing for or within retail supplier Excellent communication and organisational skills, you're comfortable taking the lead and managing projects independently A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to interpret briefs that may evolve or come with limited direction A grounded, collaborative personality, someone who welcomes feedback and works well in a team If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
