About the opportunity The Internal Building and Design Consultant is part of the Arden Homes Sales team and reports to the Sales Manager. The key focus of this role is to work with qualified leads to create, present and convert quotes to deposits. More specifically, you will: • Manage the full sales process from receiving of qualified lead to deposit, making genuine connections with customers, presenting expert advice and tailored solutions to convert. • Provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners to drive new business opportunities. • Proactively generate and follow up on leads using CRM (HUB) tools to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Prepare and present proposals, tenders and planning reports to help secure the sale. • Stay up to date with sales techniques, market trends and promotions to maintain a competitive edge. • Ensure compliance with building codes, NCC, and developer guidelines to support accurate quoting and customer trust. • Travel between Scoresby office and display homes as required to meet clients or provide cover during leave or absences.
