About The Role Perfect for TOP SDR who wants to move into a full BDM role with $200K OTE package, with Uncapped potential and over achieving accelerators . It's for those SDRs who feel that they're ready for the big time. In year 2, they an be making $300k/Year in OTE. It's for those who take pride in their Sales Career and wants to grow and make lots of money. To be successful in this role you must have: A minimum of 5 years of B2B SDR/BDM experience A minimum of 1 year in SaaS SDR experience Proven over achieving SDR experience Loves hunting and loves cold calling Remuneration We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role: Base: $130K Inc.
