About the role As a Senior Project Officer, you’ll navigate complex challenges, manage ministerial priorities, and play a key role in delivering impactful outcomes for Aboriginal communities across NSW. You have relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated extensive experience in managing high volume, sensitive information within a complex organisation You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and stakeholders You have exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities You’re able to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management You communicate sensitively and effectively with, and understand issues impacting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
