Your Role This is your chance to be the Full Time Store Manager of a brand new Vinnies store opening in Balmain , one of Sydney’s coolest, stylish neighbourhoods. We’re looking for a motivated, energetic leader who’s passionate about fashion, sustainability, and creating meaningful customer experiences. Driven by sales targets and KPIs and a natural people leader, you will have the skills to succeed on all levels. As the face of the store, you’ll bring energy, set the atmosphere, and lead a passionate team to deliver impact every day. Your Responsibilities Leading, growing, and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times Embedding high operational and visual merchandising standards Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets Upholding high standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement to champion donor relationships Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community Promoting a 'safety first' culture in-store Using the company’s mission and values to guide decision-making and act as a brand ambassador Requirements Experience managing retail stores, preferably in fashion or high-volume retail Strong leadership and visual merchandising skills Focus on delivering excellent customer experiences Proven people management, training, coaching, and development skills Ability to track sales performance and motivate the team to meet targets Apply Now If this sounds like you, don’t wait—apply now .
