As the Creative Director, you'll be responsible for the agency's strategic and creative compass. You will be responsible for elevating our creative product, pushing conceptual boundaries, and guiding the team to deliver brave, platform-native, and effective work. You’ll partner with the Account, Editorial Lead, and Creative teams to bring big ideas to life across social, influencer and digital. Your role is to define creative direction, ensure consistency and originality across all outputs, and nurture a high-performing creative culture. You’ll lead ideation across key clients and new business, helping shape bold, strategically led campaigns that work. You are a team mentor, a culture driver, a hands-on creative thinker, and you cultivate a fun work environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, production of sh*t hot work and cultivating a fun work environment. THE ROLE Champion the conceptual thinking behind our creative work, from platform-first ideas to larger integrated campaigns. Oversee and shape the creative direction across all clients, ensuring originality, consistency and best-in-class execution. Collaborate with the Editorial Lead and Social Media Managers to align creative concepts with brand voice, platform nuances and audience insight. Lead and facilitate brainstorms and workshops that foster bold thinking and breakthrough ideas. Ensure creative ideas and content strategies ladder up to broader business goals and brand narratives. Guide the development of visual identity and storytelling frameworks across clients. Challenge the team to push the boundaries of what social-first creativity can look like. Take work from concepts through to completion with a high-quality finish. Mentor and inspire the Bread team to grow in their craft and confidence. Champion a creative culture that’s experimental, ambitious, collaborative and ego-free. THE WISHLIST Experienced Creative Director with 8 years of proven Social and Digital experience Strong conceptual skills with a flair for creativity and an appetite to push boundaries and explore fresh perspectives. Creative at the core with an eye for design, you take pride in creating shit-hot work that sells. Keep up to date with social media trends, design trends and industry innovation. Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain quality control of your own work. Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard tools (especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Operational excellence? You have that in spades. Little details are a big deal to you. When there’s a problem, you’re on the hunt for a solution, with an attitude and approach that makes work enjoyable and collaborative.
