With a diverse b2b client portfolio spanning tech, lifestyle, and retail, they’re seeking a Head of Content to help lead and shape their growing creative team. This is a pivotal role that blends creative leadership with hands-on content strategy. You’ll be someone who thrives on turning big ideas into purposeful content and guiding a team to deliver exceptional work. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you’ll lead the creative output across content, digital, social, and campaign work. You’ll shape content strategy and help their clients tell their stories across a range of channels, working at both a strategic and executional level. This role has coverage across the agency’s full portfolio of clients and projects and you'll be collaborating across creative and client service teams. You’ll oversee and mentor a talented team of designers, writers, and creatives, reviewing, editing, and elevating the quality of work delivered. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has strong experience as either a Head of Content, Creative Lead, Creative Services Manager or Content Director within content & copy focused environments. Brings experience working across B2B brands, with an understanding of how to tailor content to different audiences. Understands how to plan and deliver content across social, digital, and campaign channels. Is comfortable being hands on across content and copy. Has a natural ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
