Job Description This role is ideal for a second or third-year student looking to gain hands-on experience in the property industry, with the goal of becoming a Sales Agent. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside our market leading Industrial & Logistics team, taking charge of managing and analysing data from our CRM database to identify key market trends and shifts. As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Updating CRM database to ensure property information is accurate & up to date. Present analysis/updates to the team when required. Introduce innovative ways to communicate information and analysis. Provide content for submissions & client presentations on market conditions, trends & observations. Identify, implement and maintain system processes and create targeted mailing lists for marketing purposes
