With almost 150 stores across Australia and NZ and more on the horizon. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Retail Administrator to support our Retail Operations team. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our store network by overseeing data accuracy, cash reconciliation, and compliance processes. What You’ll Be Doing Inventory & Data Integrity Accurately process inventory adjustments, transfers, and corrections Maintain clean, reliable data in retail systems by identifying and resolving discrepancies Support stocktake preparation and execution, ensuring compliance and accuracy Cash Reconciliation & Compliance Review and reconcile daily store cash reports, investigating and escalating variances Monitor compliance with cash handling, discounting, and refund policies Audit transaction records to flag any anomalies for further follow-up Retail Administration & Coordination Manage travel bookings for store visits and training activities Maintain up-to-date store contact lists, keyholder details, and communication groups Coordinate distribution of monthly store consumables and supplies Provide general administrative support across reporting, scheduling, and document management Assist with training materials and act as the first point of contact for operational queries from stores What You’ll Bring Previous experience in retail administration, operations coordination, or inventory management (multi-site environment preferred) Solid understanding of cash handling, reconciliation, and discount/refund protocols Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with retail POS/inventory systems Excellent attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Clear and confident written and verbal communication What Makes You a Great Fit A team player who enjoys enabling others to succeed Calm and capable under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused If you love ticking off checklists, thrive in a support role, and take pride in getting the details right—we’d love to hear from you.
