The Role A great opportunity has become available for a Corporate Account Manager to join the team, based in Wetherill Park, NSW. The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for developing new key account business within the region, with a primary focus on industrial and commercial business. This role is responsible to generate opportunities and sales whilst delivering excellent customer service and looking after existing key account clients. Key responsibilities include: Prospecting to potential customers to generate leads and opportunities Achieving sales targets as set by management Delivering an excellent customer journey from first contact right through to after sale and generating a lifelong customer Conducting outbound phone calls to prospective customers to generate inquiry Holding face-to-face meetings with prospected and existing customers Demonstrate equipment to clients as needed to complete the sales process Enter relevant and necessary data into CRM (100% Salesforce adoption) Prepare and deliver Supply Proposals to prospective clients What we are looking for: Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar position Proven capital equipment sales experience Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships Ability to work independently and be self motivated Have a team approach to customers to deliver the best possible outcome for the company Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure The ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to change Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail Ability to understand and demonstrate the operations of small and large equipment Competent in the loading, securing and towing of trailers What is in it for you?
