Just real growth, real customers, and a team that gets things done The Role As our Marketing Associate , you’ll be the right hand to our Senior Marketing Manager — keeping the engine running smoothly while learning the ropes of a D2C marketing team and the playbook for scaling a $20M brand from scratch. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves variety, is obsessed with organisation, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment. You’ll work across campaigns, eCommerce, partnerships, events, and reporting — making sure nothing slips through the cracks and everything moves at pace. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Marketing Support Assist in planning and executing the promotional calendar, keeping it up to date and visible for cross‑functional teams. Coordinate daily marketing operations, campaign scheduling, and deadlines to keep everything on track. Compile and maintain weekly/monthly marketing reports and performance summaries. Gain exposure to budget planning and tracking, agency communications, and how to optimise campaigns to drive ROAS Content & Asset Management Coordinate the creation, delivery, and organisation of marketing assets, including packaging, B2B promotions, and campaign collateral. Maintain and update our asset library so it’s always organised, current, and easy for the team to access. eCommerce Management Own weekly website checks — fixing small errors and logging bigger fixes with developers. Keep product pages up to date with accurate copy, reviews, FAQs, and imagery. Manage basic website and eCommerce updates — including banners, product copy, and promotions. Coordinate campaign setup and updates within our subscription platform. Insights & Research Distribute customer surveys, track feedback, and summarise insights. Pull and share data to help shape campaign planning and brand strategy. Partnerships & Events Support influencer and partnership management, including gifting, asset coordination, and deliverable tracking. Assist with event logistics for brand activations, pop‑ups, and trade shows. About You You’re an organiser at heart, with a knack for making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’re excited to learn, happy to pitch in wherever needed, and thrive in an environment where no two days look the same. You likely bring 1–2 years experience in Marketing or eCommerce Bonus points if you have experience with Shopify, Triple Whale, Recharge, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Clear and proactive communication skills The ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑moving environment A love for pets!
