We're currently seeking a committed and experienced Clinician to join a highly regarded team based in the Northern Rivers region. In this role, you will work closely with local Managers and Coordinators to deliver clinical expertise and trauma-informed therapeutic services across Child, Youth & Family Support programs. Key Responsibilities: Work across a case load of 12 young people Support and guide carers and staff in their therapeutic interactions with children and young people Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Facilitate reflective practice and coaching sessions to strengthen therapeutic capacity Deliver direct therapeutic interventions, including Family Therapy, where required Collaborate with program staff and external stakeholders to manage complex cases and ensure high-quality practice Provide clinical oversight, case consultation, and input into service planning and improvement What You’ll Need: A strong understanding and respect for Aboriginal culture and the issues impacting Aboriginal children, families, and communities A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or PACFA Postgraduate training in child, adolescent, and family clinical work or systemic practice (highly regarded) A valid driver’s licence – pool cars available Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Criminal History Check (we cover the cost) What’s on Offer: Competitive salary: $95K–$110K Super Salary packaging up to $18,500 to boost your take-home pay Ongoing professional development, clinical training, and career advancement pathways Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional support Flexible work arrangements – part-time or full-time considered Ready to Make a Difference?
