We’ve partnered with a leading private property development and investment group known for delivering design-led residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Australia. The team is sharp, grounded, and deeply invested in what they build — with a strong pipeline ahead and a high-performing leadership group at the helm. Despite their growth, the culture remains close-knit and personal. Their stunning Sydney office (right above Wynyard Station) is home to a small team with strong tenure — and even includes chef-prepared team lunches every Tuesday and Thursday. About the Role This is a trusted, hands-on Personal Assistant role providing broad support to the two Managing Directors and their family across a range of private needs, while also assisting with business management duties, including office coordination, HR support, and event organisation. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that both the personal and professional sides run smoothly — from coordinating complex travel itineraries and managing family-related logistic, to managing supplier relationships, and organising memorable company functions like Christmas parties and team events. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee and manage all personal and family logistics, including travel arrangements, appointments, household coordination, and liaising with vendors or service providers. Coordinate and support family-related events and activities, such as private celebrations, social engagements, and lifestyle management tasks. Provide light support to the MDs and leadership team for ad hoc executive tasks and diary coordination. Assist with small-scale office and event coordination (e.g., team functions, guest visits, seasonal celebrations). Manage HR processes including staff onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departures. Support a professional front-of-house environment in collaboration with the receptionist. This Role Is For You If… You’ve supported private families, founders, or business leaders in a PA or lifestyle management role. You have a flair for event management and enjoy organising memorable corporate and private events. You’re polished, proactive, discreet, and take pride in delivering seamless experiences. You’re tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and travel/booking platforms. This Role Isn’t For You If… You’re looking for a role focused mainly on inbox and calendar management within a strictly corporate environment. You’re seeking hybrid or remote work — this role is 100% office-based in Sydney CBD. You want rigid, narrowly defined responsibilities over varied and self-directed tasks.
