Essential Skills and Attributes Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar. The ability to read and interpret plans. Strong safety knowledge and initiative. Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team. Have excellent communication skills. Summary We are looking to welcome Leading Hands to join our Urban Development division. These are full-time roles reporting to the Site Supervisor, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of people and resources. Working on projects across the Moreton Bay region.
