About the Role We’re looking for a qualified and motivated Solar Field Technician to manage the operations and maintenance of a utility-scale solar farm. You’ll be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, fault finding, commissioning, and working with SCADA systems to ensure optimal performance. What You’ll Do Inspect, test, repair and maintain solar modules, inverters, trackers, transformers, switchgear, and metering systems Monitor and troubleshoot via SCADA systems Perform HV and LV electrical work in accordance with safety and operational procedures Maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation Support project commissioning and coordinate with contractors Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures Supervise work activities in the absence of the Site Supervisor What You’ll Need Unrestricted A-Grade Electrical Licence (State-specific) 2 years’ experience in a similar O&M or technician role HV Switching Ticket Valid Driver’s Licence Construction White Card Current First Aid & CPR LVR Strong knowledge of MV/HV electrical systems, fault finding, and safety practices Experience using CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Full-time position with overtime rates On-call allowance Career growth in the renewable energy sector Work with a global industry leader Supportive team environment How to Apply Click APPLY now to submit your resume.
