This is a rare opportunity to lead the refinement and delivery of impactful programs that educate and inspire action against discrimination, racism and prejudice. About the Role Education is at the heart of this organisation’s mission – encouraging individuals to become Upstanders and make a positive difference in the world around them. As Education Manager, you will oversee a range of engaging programs delivered in schools and community settings, with a strong focus on storytelling, empathy and inclusion. This role requires a balance of educational expertise and strategic thinking. You’ll not only oversee program development and volunteer facilitation but also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and expanding Courage to Care’s impact across NSW, ACT and Queensland. Key Responsibilities Lead the expansion, improvement and delivery of engaging and relevant educational programs Recruit, train and support volunteer facilitators Evaluate and improve program content and delivery using participant feedback and behavioural insights Build relationships with schools, workplaces and community organisations Contribute to program strategy, reporting, budgeting and planning Explore opportunities to grow programs across schools and workplaces About You You’re an educator at heart with an understanding of all the challenges of working in a school environment. You have a flair for innovation and a deep understanding of how education can spark change. You have experience designing and delivering learning programs, enjoy working collaboratively, are confident managing people and projects; and have a strategic mindset when it comes to identifying growth opportunities.
