Data Analyst required to provide insights around HR and People & Culture for a leading financial services business in order to shape strategy and decision-making. Responsibilities: analysis of large payroll and people-related datasets to draw out actionable insights building Tableau dashboards and Excel reports to visualise findings providing oucome-focused insights to key stakeholders Requirements: Solid experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in the HR or people data space Strong SQL skills for data analysis and automation. Experience with Tableau, Excel, and data profiling tools.
