What You’ll Be Doing Managing and servicing a Personal Lines portfolio, from renewals and endorsements to new business opportunities. Liaising with clients and underwriters over phone and email. Partnering with the claims team to support clients through the claims process. Delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. What They’re Looking For Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance Level 5 qualification (a must-have). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive, customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
