The Role Enrolled Nurse, $38-$41 per hour superannuation not for profit salary packaging Permanent Part Time across AM and PM shifts Kangaroo Flat residential aged care home in Bendigo, home to 50 residents Our Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes and in client homes in our local communities. They enjoy working within a supportive, respectful environment where their expertise and empathy are valued and rewarded. About you To be successful in this role you will need: A current AHPRA registration Div 2 and equivalent degree medication endorsed The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders An understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration A high level of accountability for your own work A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour All staff in our residential homes require a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID.
