Brisbane location 6 month Fixed Term contract Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Implementation Officer to join a busy Insurance and Risk Branch. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to deliver a range of recommendations designed to enhance processes and ensure quality services are provided in an efficient and effective manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, solutions-focused professional with strong project management skills and legal industry experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the implementation of process improvements within a team of legal professionals. Collaborate with legal teams, IT specialists, and senior management to ensure consistent and efficient systems, processes, and procedures. Provide advice and guidance to support improved service delivery. Prepare governance and compliance reports. About You 2–6 years of management experience. Legal industry background. Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and drafting skills. Ability to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively across all levels. Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-driven.
