We’re now looking for an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead our IT operations, drive digital transformation, and support our 5-year strategic vision. The Role As IT Manager, you’ll lead the full spectrum of IT across the business; from systems strategy and infrastructure to cybersecurity and software management. You’ll ensure our tech environment is secure, scalable, and fully aligned with operational needs across both head office and active project sites. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Strategic Leadership: Drive the IT roadmap, supporting growth, innovation, and AI initiatives. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Safeguard systems and ensure data protection across all platforms. Systems & Infrastructure: Oversee reliable connectivity, cloud services, and disaster recovery. Software Oversight: Manage critical platforms like Cheops, Commnia, and ProcurePro. Support & Training: Collaborate with external providers to resolve issues and onboard new users. Project Management: Lead IT upgrades and rollouts with minimal disruption. What We’re Looking For: 5 years in an IT leadership role, ideally in construction or engineering Strong knowledge of networking, cloud systems & cybersecurity Experience with construction software (e.g. Cheops, ProcurePro) Understanding of AI applications and data capture Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field Why Join Infinity?
