About the opportunity We’re looking for a Product Manager – Broker Solutions to join our Steadfast Technology Services team. This role is central to shaping and delivering functionality across our InsurTech platforms, including INSIGHT, SCTP, and Steadfast Apps. You’ll act as the product voice within delivery teams and a key liaison between brokers and internal stakeholders—driving strategic initiatives that modernise and enhance our technology landscape. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to rollout and continuous improvement Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business strategy Conduct market analysis and gather broker/insurer insights to identify opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions Support product launches with training and documentation Act as the primary contact for product-related queries and feedback Skills and Qualifications: Proven product management experience in IT, Fintech, or InsurTech Strong understanding of general insurance (broking and underwriting) Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Fresh Works Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to translate technical discussions into business value Benefits As a valued member of the Steadfast team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive array of benefits tailored to support your professional and personal well-being.
