About the Role As a Director in the Audit & Assurance division, you will provide both strategic leadership and operational oversight. You’ll manage complex engagements, develop client relationships at the highest level, and foster a high-performing team culture. This role combines hands-on technical excellence with the ability to drive innovation, business growth, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale, complex audits across a variety of sectors; Mentor, coach, and develop a multi-level audit team, from graduates to managers; Build enduring client relationships and act as a trusted business advisor; Drive business development and cross-service line collaboration; Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards; and Contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives, committees, and thought leadership. What We’re Looking For CA or CPA qualified, with Registered Company Auditor status; Minimum 12 years’ Chartered Accounting experience, including at least 6 years in senior audit leadership; Proven track record in leading complex audit engagements and managing large teams; Commercially astute with strong business development skills; and Expertise with Caseware, Microsoft Office, and audit management systems.
