Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.  The Role: Multiple opportunities exist for responsible and mature minded individuals to join the Emergency Services Clerical team at Northern Health. This role will work across the Emergency Department (ED), Short Stay Unit (SSU), Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED) and the Chest Pain Evaluation Unit (CPEU). These positions will initially be offered on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to permanent part-time hours in the future. We are currently seeking multiple staff who must be able to work a 24/7 roster - day shifts, afternoon shifts, overnight shifts, however with a primary focus on covering overnight shifts. Consistency and reliability are essential with three working days availability as a minimum, including weekends and public holidays. Applicants must have flexibility and availability to support the Emergency Services Workforce planned leave with availability to also fill unplanned deficits at short notice across a 24-hour, seven day a week roster.   To be successful in this role you must have:  Influenza vaccination Highly skilled ability in the Microsoft suite of software or similar Demonstrated excellence in customer service  Desired skillset includes:  Previous experience in an Emergency Department or Healthcare setting desirable Knowledge of iPM/CPF/CERNER software or similar Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise  Next Steps . . .  If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
