As our Marketing Manager , you’ll play a key role in crafting and implementing the global marketing strategy, enhancing dealer support, and elevating brand presence across key markets such as Australia, North America, Europe, and South America. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering the global marketing strategy, strengthening dealer enablement, and driving brand awareness across key international markets including Australia, North America, Europe, and South America. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned to business goals. Manage global brand positioning and campaign rollouts. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. Campaign Management & Content Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, trade, and PR channels. Oversee content creation including product videos, case studies, dealer kits, and social media. Manage brand ambassador and customer advocacy programs. Dealer & Sales Enablement Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop tailored marketing tools for dealers. Support product launches, field days, and international trade events. Digital & CRM Deployment of the CRM as a fundamental pillar supporting digital retargeting strategies to nurture leads Oversee website performance, SEO, and lead generation strategies. Manage CRM content and reporting to support the sales funnel. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to leadership. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration Manage external suppliers and freelance contributors. Work cross-functionally with international teams to align global messaging. Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences. Requirements 3 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in agriculture, manufacturing, or a related B2B industry Demonstrated ability to lead strategy while also delivering hands-on execution. Strong written and visual communication skills Experience managing content production, websites, social media, and digital advertising. Confident working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support events and dealer engagement.
