We're looking for a highly experienced Rehabilitation Case Manager who brings not only injury management expertise but also experience and capability in HR business partnership. Your rehabilitation case management expertise will be essential - supporting employees through early intervention, recovery and reintegration, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring best-practice approaches to wellbeing and workplace support. You'll be confident navigating workers' compensation and non-compensation matters, psychological and physical injury cases, and developing tailored plans that support sustainable workforce participation. Working alongside fellow HR Business Partners and Talent Partners, you'll contribute across the full employment lifecycle - from onboarding to workforce planning - delivering responsive and effective HR solutions. You'll also play a key role in broader team initiatives, including continuous improvement projects and collaboration with talent partners to drive workforce outcomes.
