The Agency ICT Services Branch supports all ICT systems and infrastructure excluding the primary business applications such as SAP CRM and Salesforce CRM. The key duties of the position include Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Define and drive the strategic direction of cloud platform services aligned to the agency's goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cloud engineers and specialists. Assisting in budget planning and monitoring for cloud services, ensuring cost effective resource allocation. Guide the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud services across AWS and Azure. Ensure adherence to cloud best practices, compliance standards, and enterprise architecture. Oversee the day-to-day operations, availability, performance, and cost efficiency of cloud platforms. Ensure all cloud services are thoroughly documented, and documentation is continuously updated. Communicate clearly with senior leadership, providing updates on cloud initiatives, risks and value delivery. Build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders to foster an enabling culture across the agency. Ensure a timely response to incidents, outages, and performance degradation affecting cloud systems and services.
