About us DHA was established in 1988 following passage of the Defence Housing Australia Act 1987 (DHA Act) to provide adequate and suitable housing for, and housing related services to, members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and their families. The key duties of the position include About your team The Property Group is responsible for meeting DHA's delivery objectives for high quality housing through programs such as Strategic Provisioning, Leasing and Acquisitions supported by Marketing and Investor Support teams. The Business Development function sits within the Leasing and Acquisitions Team and is responsible for the sourcing and delivery of new properties to the portfolio via lease or acquisition, via long-term supply agreements supporting the future pipeline of provisioning across the national portfolio of properties. About the role In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of the annual leasing and acquisition programs in accordance with the approved provisioning plan across multiple regions to achieve national objectives. You will be responsible for providing team leadership for the Leasing and Acquisitions Support team, across a range of leasing, acquisition and disposal functions to support DHA's provisioning requirements nationally.
