You will lead and manage the scoping, designing and creation of world class ICT and digital capabilities across one of Defence's key ICT programs, integrating solutions to realise positive capability outcomes. About our Team Provide specialist advice to define capability requirements, conduct planning, monitoring and controlling of products across the Defence Capability Life Cycle. Lead and prepare the development of timely and high quality agendum, issues papers, and minutes for capability committees to senior Defence leaders to assist in their decision-making. Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in project management practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones. Lead, mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
