The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is looking to fill multiple Technical Coordination roles across various teams within Intelligence and Information Systems Division (IISD), including Infrastructure Operations, Technical Services and Digital Delivery Coordination. These roles perform important coordination effort across IISD to support the successful enablement of law enforcement, intelligence, research and corporate information systems and services to police officers, partner agencies and the ACIC. The key duties of the position include Coordinating the delivery of managed activities in alignment with IISD's quarterly business plan and against agreed milestones; Active risk and issue management, and liaison with key partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of managed activities; Drafting business and strategic planning documentation; Preparation and management of correspondence and reports; Assisting with cost estimates and analysis; Coordinating team functions to support delivery of IISD's mandate. Your skills and capabilities Demonstrates a sound understanding of the ACIC's project management framework, procedures and tools, and applies this knowledge effectively to support project delivery; Communicates confidently and clearly, both in writing and verbally, with experience in drafting correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation. Works collaboratively and contributes positively within dynamic team environments; Provides high-level executive and administrative support, including coordination of technical activities, resource and records management, scheduling, and planning functions; Displays resilience and flexibility in managing competing priorities and adapting to change, maintaining performance and focus in high-tempo environments; Supports procurement and contract management processes, contributing to the coordination and execution of related activities; Builds and maintains productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgement, tact and influence to navigate differing views and priorities. Facilitates workshops and meetings to progress agreed workplans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
