The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join the Conformance and Assurance team within the Agency's high profile Connected Care branch. This full-time, ongoing APS6 position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic and operational outcomes through specialised technical work. As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute across multiple concurrent projects and business-as-usual programs within three core service lines: Service Design - You will conduct risk and requirements analysis, develop and document business processes, and create and maintain conformance artefacts such as Assessment Schemes, Conformance Profiles, and Test Specifications. Service Delivery - You will provide support to vendors, verify test evidence, conduct observed conformance assessments, and report on test outcomes. Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement - You will perform data analysis, review incidents, generate reports, and lead initiatives to improve processes. This role is reporting to an Assistant Director and operates with a high level of autonomy and collaboration across teams to deliver complex service functions. You will also be responsible for establishing and managing key stakeholder relationships, representing the Conformance and Assurance section in both internal and external engagements. Depending on your assignment, you may lead team members or mentor junior staff, supporting capability development across the work area. The key duties of the position include Skills and Experience Previous experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Test Analysis, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis or Data Analysis. Demonstrated experience in digital health project delivery, with sound knowledge of digital health standards and specifications, including HL7 CDA, V2, and FHIR. Proven ability to develop and maintain conformance artefacts, such as Assessment Schemes, Conformance Profiles, and Test Specifications. Strong understanding of compliance and governance frameworks relevant to digital health environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external vendors. Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in data analysis, incident review, and driving process improvements.
