This opportunity will manage a dual caseload of NDIS and Occupational Rehabilitation services, so if you are wanting variety, this is the role for you! Key areas of the role are: Complete a variety of assessments, FCA, ADL, workplace, ergonomic covering the 2 health streams Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations Manage return to work care plans as a key worker between insurers, employers, the injured worker and care team Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio Speech) to provide holistic care plans There are outstanding opportunities to further develop your career both locally and nationally. The successful candidate will have Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights Some experience in either NDIS or Occ Rehab and wanting variety Strong passion for supporting both NDIS participants and someone's return to work journey Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $80k-$105k super bonus.
