Job Description We require a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team on a full-time basis at Oaks Broome Hotel and Oaks Cable Beach Resort. As the Restaurant Manager you will: Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar Managing the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of the restaurant and bar Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients Managing, leading and motivating staff to ensure a high preforming team culture is maintained Work closely with the General Manager and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for the Food and Beverage department Roster according to department needs Create budgets and monitor financial performance of the Food and Beverage department.
