The Role: Partner or Special Counsel – Family Law Division This is a senior leadership opportunity designed for an accomplished Family Law specialist eager to influence and shape the strategic direction of a prestigious practice. As a key partner or senior counsel, you’ll oversee the firm’s Family Law division, managing a talented team including lawyers and legal support staff, and taking ownership of a high-caliber caseload that includes: Complex financial disputes involving businesses, trusts, and corporate structures Financial agreements, including spousal and de facto arrangements Parenting arrangements, disputes, and international family law matters Child support and child support agreements Divorce, third-party disputes, and high-net-worth separations LGBTIQA and same-sex family law issues This influential role provides scope to lead strategy, foster client relationships, and mentor emerging talent. It offers a flexible work arrangement (up to two days WFH) and a focus on business growth, team development, and client engagement.
